Dewey E. Mann, CPA is the Managing Director of the firm.  He has been active in all areas of public accounting since 1978.  Prior to entering public accounting, Dewey worked for over ten years with a large carpet manufacturer.  He has extensive experience in governmental, employee benefit plans, nonprofit, construction, manufacturing and mining industries. 

Dewey is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

M. Ethan Miller, CPA, CFE is a Director and also a Certified Fraud Examiner.  Born and raised in Chattanooga, he began his career in public accounting with a mid-sized local firm in 1993, progressing from intern to audit manager.  In 2001, Ethan joined Dewey Mann to form the firm of Mann & Miller, P.C. His responsibilities include managing audit, review and compilation engagements, performing peer reviews, and planning and preparation in tax and management advisory services.  Ethan has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, governmental, retail, wholesale, construction, school districts, employee benefit plans, HUD, and nonprofit.  He holds both a bachelor of science in business administration and a master of business administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  Ethan is a member of the Peer Review Committee of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia.

Ethan lives in Soddy Daisy with his wife Stacey and daughters Kinsey and Addie.  He enjoys outdoor activities with the family, camping, boating, fishing, hunting, running, and hiking.

Chris Grayson, CPA, MBA is a Senior Accountant with diversified experience in accounting, auditing and tax preparation.  He has been in public accounting since 2007 and has gained experience in auditing not-for-profit organizations, employee benefits plans, and governments.  His accounting and tax experience involves preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individual, corporate, and partnership clients, and informational returns for not-for-profit organizations. 

Chris is a 2006 Graduate from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a 2009 Graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Master of Business Administration degree.

He received his CPA designation in February 2011 and is licensed in the State of Tennessee.  He is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA, and is currently a member of the TSCPA Young CPA Committee.
